Around 70 representatives from business, science and politics followed the invitation to celebrate at PARK INNOVAARE: deliveryLAB

Once again Argovian representatives from business, science and politics met at PARK INNOVAARE to mark a new stage of the PARK’s development and to discuss its next steps. Against a backdrop of live jazz music performed by the Beat Baumli Jazz Duo from Baden, PARK INNOVAARE: deliveryLAB welcomed its guests on Monday, January 18, 2016.

The same morning Switzerland Innovation, a network of five sites including PARK INNOVAARE, was officially launched in Berne by Bundespräsident Johann Schneider-Ammann. Reason enough to celebrate this significant milestone locally in good company. Over 70 guests, including representatives from business, science and Aargau’s administration as well as delegations from the surrounding municipalities, followed the invitation to raise a glass to PARK INNOVAARE’s achieved milestone as well as to its future achievements.

The honorable guest speaker Pascale Bruderer Wyss, Ständerätin from the Canton of Aargau, made a clear statement regarding the role of the state in the innovation business: “Though innovation itself cannot be delivered by the state, we must create the necessary framework conditions that will allow great minds from science and business to generate innovation. This is what the canton Aargau does successfully with PARK INNOVAARE,” she concluded amid applause.
